The house is almost finished

The house is about 95% finished now and we are happy with how it has turned out. Alot of hard work but it has been worth it. In the next week or so it should be on the market.


The dining room had dark wood panel on all walls so we took one wall down and replaced it with plaster. The room is so much brighter now.





We have kept the outside the original colour but repainted it. The roof is new and the shingles which were green are now dark grey.











Double wardrobes were built into 2 of the bedrooms.












There was no real kitchen so we had a blank area to work with. It has come up really well and is now a very useable kitchen.











The lounge is small but with new carpet, paint and curtains it is a very comfy room.

The Moon

Well this is doing my head in, trying to get a good pic of the moon. Tonight is the full moon but I am wondering if it would be better to give it a go when it is a quarter or half moon. Anyway here is my effort, taken 10.30pm Sat Oct 7th 2006.

Today is not just full moon day but it is Richards birthday :)
